Do It Yourself: Summer Reading Camp DAY ONE

It's summer and the kids are bored! Gas prices are too high to run the roads and it's been raining for what seems like forever. Luckily I came across a really cute 10 week program at Education.com 

This is a DIY Summer Reading Camp which gives so many printable and non-printable ideas to use on a weekly basis. We started week one today. We plan on using some of the ideas on the site and then also doing some of our own. 

Week one is BUG WEEK.  Today Brianna made a bottle bug and Angelika made a bug out of the letter A. They seemed to really have fun once they got into it. They are looking forward to having a really buggy week this week!
